The electoral register is available for public viewing throughout the UK. It is available on a region by region basis, and will list everyone that has registered to vote in the local area. The register contains the names and addresses of registered voters.
To find a copy for viewing, contact your local electoral registration office. They can advise you where one is available. It is often available in local libraries.
There are 2 versions available, one is an open register and the other a full version. The open electoral register is available to anyone that wishes to buy a copy. This is what you’ll commonly find being sold by UK people search websites. There is also a full register which is only available for specific purposes including elections, crime prevention and credit applications.
