The UK Missing Persons Unit is the police point of contact for all missing persons cases. The MPU works to share information with the public and provide both a resource as well as publicity for persons missing cases. In addition to missing persons the unit also deals with all unidentified body investigations. Note this may be distressing to some.
An Unidentified Case Search is available through their website. There are over 500 present cases listed with the majority of these appearing to be unidentified bodies.
We would advise that you visit missing people if you would prefer a register of those missing only.
A case search can be performed by gender, ethnicity, country, age last seen, date last seen, distinguishing features, clothing and jewellery. Profiles include many details including distinguishing features, photos and circumstances.
