If you are looking for someone that owns land or property , you can conduct a land owner search in Scotland on the address. The service provides owner details, date sold and sale price, mortgage information and conditions. This is a premium search and attracts a fee.
A request for a title can be done by an address, or by a parcel of land or a building without a full postal address. If requesting using an address you simply need to enter the details and add the property to your order. If you wish to search for an area or building you will need to upload files to support your request.
Upon submitting and paying for you search, you will be provided with a digital copy of the title sheet or search sheet within 2 days. A land ownership search can take up to 5 working days.

How much does it cost?
The cost of performing this search is £20 plus VAT. Additional titles are £16 plus VAT.
